No prior experience is required for our 5-Day, 15-Day, and 30-Day courses. These are designed from absolute zero. For the 60-Day and 90-Day programmes, we recommend at least some basic familiarity with makeup but even motivated beginners can apply and we will assess your readiness in a quick call before enrolment.
We keep our batch sizes small a maximum of 6–8 students per batch, precisely so that MBT can give every student meaningful, personal attention. This is a mentorship-based academy, not a classroom with 30 students. You will work directly with Tripti every single day.
All practical training is conducted offline at MBT’s studio in Lucknow. Hands-on practice is non-negotiable for professional makeup training you cannot learn blending and HD techniques through a screen. However, theory sessions, business modules, and social media guidance are also available as recorded materials that you can access anytime
You will train with professional-grade products from MAC, Kryolan, Huda Beauty, NARS, and other premium brands. All products are provided by the academy for use during your course. At the end of the course, we also guide you on building your own professional starter kit with product recommendations at different budget levels.
Yes. Every student who completes a course receives a Certificate of Completion from Makeup by Tripti Academy. For the 60-Day and 90-Day programmes, we also provide a detailed skills assessment and a letter of recommendation from MBT that you can use with clients and on your professional profiles.
Yes – and we actively encourage it. From the 30-Day course onwards, students begin assisting on real client appointments from around Week 2. By the time you finish, you typically have 3–5 paying clients already booked from your personal network, built through the portfolio and social media work done during training.
